The American Composers Forum New England
New Music Events Calendar Update

The fall concert season is beginning with a bang. This week we're proud to welcome the Ditson Festival of Contemporary Music: four days of cutting-edge concerts by several of Boston's mainstay professional new-music ensembles, including the world premieres of our 2008 Festival Commissions - new works by composers Julie Rohwein, Dalit Warshaw, and Andy Vores, commissioned by the American Composers Forum New England with funding from the Argosy Foundation Contemporary Music Fund and the Thomas R McMullin and Ruth R McMullin Fund.

Here's what's coming up. For complete details, and to learn of new events as they are posted, please visit the New Music Calendar. It is now FREE to list events in our calendar, and you can enter your information yourself and see it appear on our site immediately. So concert presenters, musicians, composers, new-music fans -- please let us know about your upcoming events by posting them here.
